Certificate Fee

The testing fee for the Certificate in Motor Vehicle Injuries (CMVI) is $500. The fee is non-refundable but may be transferred to a later testing date. Payment must be made with a completed application. Testing is provided by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

Recertification Fees

The fee for recertification of the certificate is $300. Recertification must be completed every five years and the application must include completion of a minimum of 60 hours of relevant, approved course work.
